How We Deliver Our Courses - Step By Step And No Legal Jargon

Straight Talking

The legal profession is full of people who love to quote Latin and who are happy to bamboozle clients with legal jargon. We don’t.

We avoid legal jargon and teach you what you need to know in plain English. Our goal is to teach you the essentials so that you know how to start debt claims, run small claims matters to trial and to enforce a judgment once obtained.

As well as the videos, we provide links to the rules and forms you need. We even give you material and content you may need when completing the forms and documents.

We provide practical knowledge you can put into action.

Online Instant Access

If you watch a video from our library you can watch it straight away on your computer or tablet. It simply plays on a web page on our site so there is no need to download the video or software to play it.

You will also get instant access to the materials supporting the course which you can print or save as a go to reference.

It really is that simple.

Live One On One Courses

If you want a live training course, we can either come to your offices or present the course online. Pricing will be subject to agreement for any live training. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We deliver our live online courses direct to your desktop, laptop or tablet. The time and date the course takes place, is up to you. We are flexible and will suit your schedule. Our courses are delivered to you one on one, so you can ask questions at any point.

We can deliver the course by video (Zoom) or phone.

We will send you instructions in advance so that everything runs smoothly on the day. Before the course we will email or post you the materials we will go through on the day.

We Are Not A Firm Of Solicitors

Our courses teach you the procedure to follow.

SV Legal Training does not provide legal advice or advice on individual claims. We are not a firm of solicitors or regulated by the SRA. If you require advice on the merits or law applying to your claim, we recommend you obtain independent legal advice from a firm of solicitors or a direct access barrister.

Paul’s involvement in SV Legal Training is completely separate and independent from his practice as a solicitor.
